Rates & Policies

Rates:

• Daily: (3 night min): $150 - $195, depending on season
• Weekly: $1000 - $1300, depends on season
• Please contact us for monthly rates.
• County of Oahu tax of 11.94% will be added to all bookings.

Cleaning fee:

• $60 for stay of 10 days or less, $100 for stay up to 1 month

Smoking:

• No smoking anywhere in the building, including the apartment

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations must be received at least 30 days prior to your arrival date if you are staying 7 nights or fewer. If staying 8 nights or longer you must cancel at least 45 days prior to scheduled arrival. Deposits on cancellations made outside the above timetable will forfeit a $200 cancellation fee. Please note, that the entire payment is subject to full forfeiture if canceled within the above time frame. Every effort will be made to re-rent your reserved space. If we are successful, a refund is possible, less the $200 cancellation fee.

Security Deposit:

• In Lieu of an actual security deposit, we do a "Security Deposit Contract", so you don't have to pay a security deposit dollars up front.
