Rates & Policies

• $1275 per week 2 people. $150/week for an extra person (includes departure cleaning fee). Plus tax.
• 7 night minimum, fewer days possible, depending upon the calendar. Call or e-mail for details.
• Deposit cheerfully refunded, less $100 cancellation fee if reservation canceled at least 45 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellations made within 45 days of arrival is subject to full forfeiture. Refund are possible if we are successful in re-renting the space.
• SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED ANYWHERE IN THE HOUSE OR ON THE PROPERTY
• All room rates subject to a 11.41% state tax.
